Konstantin has   gained his extensive legal experience while supporting major international   businesses at Litigation and Commercial Group of CMS Cameron McKenna (“CMS”) over the 5 years

Prior to joining   the CMS, Konstantin used to work for significant number of years with   PricewaterhouseCoopers mainly focusing at the tax litigation and tax   consulting

Konstantin graduated with honors from the Moscow State Law Academy

Admitted to practice as an advocate in Russia 

Vitaly Davydov

More than 20 years of legal practice in Russia

Prior to joining the Russian Counsel, Vitaly used to work with CMS

Currently Vitaly focuses at the defending Clients in administrative and criminal cases

Rustem Ibragimov

Competent senior lawyer, joining the Russian Counsel as an associated partner after   significant number (6) of years with CMS (Banking and International Finance team).

Capable of   dealing with multiple legal issues arising under banking, finance, corporate   and commercial law and variety of cross-border deals involving various   jurisdictions

Experienced in   both giving the regulatory advice, as well as handling the large transactions

Transitioned to   private practice from an in-house (6 years at Nestle Russia) role.
